Hurricane waves generated from Hurricane's Ike presence in the gulf. I'm TDY to Tyndall again and staying in the condo on Panama City Beach. I didn't realize the effect of the hurricane would be felt so far away and didn't realize the size of the surf until I got in the room and checked over the balcony. If you click on the photo it should expand and then you can see people walking along the beach for a sense of scale.

wow! that's amazing!! it was a powerful storm. there was a 19 year-old washed off the pier in corpus. they have yet to find his body.
hope keith and johnny made it through ok. they were in sugarland and houston.
